From the lang cat:

Our guest on HomeGames today was a legend of the platform sector. Bill Vasilieff was there for Selestia in the early days, and then set up Novia in 2008. 12 years go by – we all know how that can happen – and Novia is now due to become part of the AnaCap stable along with Wealthtime and Amber.

So there was no better time to welcome Bill to what I suppose we now need to call the show. Along the way we cover how he’s seen the sector change, what he thinks is coming up and what the current wave of consolidation and acquisitions means (apart from us having to redo all our tables every week or two). I imagine his beloved Bath Rugby team will come up, and we’ll do our very best not to get glum about Scotland’s performance at the weekend.

All in all it was a great session, not least because Bill isn’t known for holding back. And, as ever, if you weren’t able to make it; live the session can be viewed below or alternatively on the lang cat’s YouTube channel.
